Mother And Child Duck

A tiny duckling named Pip loved riding on his mother’s back as she swam across the pond.

But while Mama looked forward, Pip always looked backward. He loved watching the ripples they left behind.

One windy day, as the water grew rough, Pip looked back and saw his smaller siblings drifting away.

“Mama!” he called. She turned just in time to bring them safely back.

That day, Mama smiled and said, “Everyone sees the world in their own way — and every way can be important.”
